As the weekend approaches, the anticipation grows. The anxiety is worse than the night before Christmas. There is only one story worth thinking about. It isn’t the Iowa caucas, it isn’t even Britney Spears losing custody of her kids. It’s the Bolts…and their playoff game, this Sunday, at the Murph.

This is the first step in earning a trip to Arizona. First in the Chargers way, are the Tennesee Titans. Although they are a bit banged up, I truly believe they are overstating how injured they really are. They are hoping the Chargers will eat that up and take them lightly. No chance! This is the playoffs…if you can walk, you can play…period. If you are gonna sit out, then buy a ticket.

Charger Fever is alive and well. Charger jerseys were everywhere today. True fan or bandwagoner, it doesn’t matter at this point. Everyone wants the Chargers to advance, and get to the next step. The Chargers haven’t won a playoff game in over 12 years. And i’s about time they get over the hump. Playoffs is a whole other monster. Regular season rexords don’t mean a thing. It’s win or go home. And that’s what we all expect the Titans to do…with their tails between their legs.

Apparently the weather people say it will rain on Sunday. And no, Pac-Man Jones is not in town showing our late night dancers some love. It supposed to be wet. They forget to mention that although it’s may rain, one thing is for sure…There WILL be “thunder and lighting”. So Charger fans, waive those rally towels, make lots of noise, and represent America’s Finest City. Whoever step in our way, watch out. We know y0u don’t want none!

P.S. Note to the Charger equipment manager: Please run out somewhere and buy LT something for his visor. You know the stuff that makes the water bead up and just roll off. In case you haven’t noticed, it’s bad luck when LT isn’t wearing the visor
